Sketch 160 for Scrapbooking Challenges

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful holiday, no matter where you are. I know there are a couple of "different" holidays besides it being Labor Day weekend here in the US!

I finally get to post my first layout that I did as a design team member for Scrapbook Challenges. I am so excited to be a part of this team and group. There are some awesomely (is that a word?) talented people on there and we would love for you to come and join in! If you do the layout see below about leaving a link on Pamela's blog...or you can leave it here and I will see that the group gets to see it!

I got to use my MS loopy border punch set for the first time on the layout! I messed up on the very last punch, but luckily artistic license was available and I covered it! The punch set worked great and I found another set, that I am hoping to get to use today!

Now, over on
Pamela's World of Scrap blog she is doing RAK for people that do the sketch and post a link to it on her blog. Or if you join the Scrapbook Challenges group on Myspace you have a chance to win the sponsor prize for the month from My Little Shoebox!!! And check out the layouts the DT made from the sketch. :) Links to all their blogs are on my sidebar and Pamela has the individual layouts posted also!

I hope everyone has a scrappy day and I am sad that I have to go back to work tomorrow....ICK! I am going to try a little project later today or tonight and if it works, I will post a tutorial here...if not, I won't! Ha ha.....it's for a necklace, so we will see how it goes!
